Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings. The subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period.
- No retroactive refunds are issued for partial months already paid.
Refunds
- New subscribers: 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription (first payment only). Request a refund by emailing hellowswaa@gmail.com with your order ID.
- Annual subscriptions: pro-rated refund available within 30 days of purchase if you have not used more than 10 comparisons or 2 generations.
- Add-on packs: non-refundable once purchased. Credits do not expire.
- Mid-cycle downgrades: no refund is issued when you downgrade your plan. The downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Processing time
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- UPI or bank transfer: 1–3 business days. Credit/debit cards: 5–7 business days.
Disputed charges
If you see a charge you do not recognise, please contact us first at hellowswaa@gmail.com before filing a chargeback with your bank. We aim to resolve billing disputes within 48 hours.
Enterprise contracts
Enterprise customers are governed by the refund terms written into their signed agreement, which supersede this public policy.
